An ideal candidate would possess the following:
- Basic PC setup and configuration knowledge
- Some hands on experience with PC operations
- Prefer A+ certification
- Outgoing, team oriented and goal driven
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to handle high stress and have a "want to work in the field" attitude
- Job Responsibilities

We are seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to provide in-house technical PC software support to all levels of associates, including management (we currently support 800+ desktops, 500+ laptops, and 80+ servers). You will respond to user calls and trouble reports and may visit in person to determine the nature of the problem and course of action to resolve PC/LAN issues. You may build and configure PCs and laptops, servers and routers. You will also load software, conduct audits for unlicensed software, and field helpdesk calls from associates at all facilities and in the field.
Training: On the job training with mentoring. Structured training program similar to certification programs.
